Personal Trainer time
Ok so I got out of class early and came home to get changed and chill for an hour before I meet my personal trainer at 2… I am really kinda nervous, then after that workout I am coming home and doing day two of the 30 Day Shred :D its gonna be rough but worth it

30 Day Shred
OMG I just did level 1 of 30 Day Shred for the first time and I am DRIPPING SWEAT it’s so gross .. but in the BEST way. I feel so much better and I feel like I definitely made up for my less than favorable lunch… I think instead of pairing the shred with my gym workout by alternating days… I am going to do Shred everyday and go to the gym M/W/F/Sun.
