A little later than I would have liked
But I just finished day 4 of the 30 DS and I feel sooo good. I noticed while doing it that I had more endurance and wasnt pausing as much. I really LOVE the difference I have begun to notice.. the endurance, im looking tighter, im actually tired during at night and awake during the day, and I have less cravings… its great. Now time for that amazing post workout shower… mmmm ^_^
So as promised I went to the gym and burned over 400 calories, however when I got back I got called out for dinner, and then when I got back I realized I have an annotated bibliography, thesis, and outline due for a paper on monday, so I had to at least get my topic and run to the library. I have decided to be honest I didn’t work out yesterday and I ate .. well not badly, but I ate too much. Ok so I think I have figured it out. I want to do at least two rounds of 30 Day Shred, and then I think I am going to move on to P90X or Insanity… and we will see how far that gets me… but at least i know that once I’m done with those I will be able to become one of those “runners”
Eating sooooo much
I have eaten over 1400 calories today, in a lot of small things, so I have eaten alot… BUT I have burned 1026… so technically I have only consumed 388.. I am supposed to consume a lot more than that so I guess its ok that I am about to eat…. again… but it still feels weird to know that I have eaten so much and I will still lose weight from today…
