Well that was a bust....
So I was supposed to do my 2nd fit test last night, but my motivation was low so I watched an episode of Biggest Loser before I start, during that episode I passed out on my bed. I just woke up a few moments ago. So needless to say I didn’t get it done. I still want to go on a run in an hour, but all day I have been in so much pain that I literally only moved to go to the bathroom, or get food. Insanity Day 12
I absolutely LOVE cardio Power and Resistance, its by far my favorite workout so far. Its fun and goes by fast yet I literally am dripping sweat ALL OVER the floor… It was the first time I used my new heart rate monitor while working out and I burned 602 calories and that is with taking a lot of breaks. I still take a lot of breaks but few than before and I am starting to notice a difference...
